The impact force from missile launch insists of the forward force and recoil force, they are the important technical factors, their value has a great influence on shooter. This paper is on the basis of a shoulder-fired missile’s study, it establishes a simple and low cost test system for measure impact force when the missile launches. This system includes two parts:hardware and software. The part of hardware includes a launcher, a S-load cell, a signal amplifier, a power source and a IPC(Industrial Personal Computer). The software is developed by the platform of LabVIEW. The paper has a study on the calibration method of S-load cell, it ensures accuracy when S-load cell works. Finally, based on two missile’s flight tests, it measures impact force successfully and gets force-time curve. It gets impulse value by the integrated computation to ensure shooter’s safety when missile is launched.
