Traditional network-central QoS assessment method can't satisfy the need of user multidimensional perception for the tactical cloud service. This paper pays attentions to the user-central QoE measurement in tactical cloud services, analyzes the main factors which influence QoE measurement, and researches the QoE measurement and data processing methods. Further, we propose the indicator system of QoE measurement for assessment the tactical cloud service. Based on the AHP and multi-layer weighted fusion method in the analysis process of the Cloud-Edge-End tactical cloud service, we provide guidance for assessment the promotion of tactical cloud service capability.
