Excises, Directing, Adjusting and Control (EDAC) is one of the indispensable links of space excises, it runs through the whole process of training planning, implementation and summary. Taking the foreign military space exercises as a reference, this paper analyzes the process of EDAC, analyzed the characteristics, and constructes an EDAC system frame, which is composed of functional requirements analysis, organizational structure design and support technology analysis. The research can provide support for improving the ability of space excise directing, adjusting and control.
