The paper discusses the concept, characteristics and development trend of big data, and analyzes the significance of big data technology for electronic equipment test. Then based on the general framework of big data, combined with the status quo and characteristics of electronic equipment test, the basic framework of the big data system of electronic equipment test is constructed. At last, according to the main lines of data base planning, data warehouse construction, online analysis, data mining and intelligent decision-making, the preliminary discussion on the construction and application of big data in the field of electronic equipment test is carried out.
