Chaff cloud has the characteristics of the whole frequency and effectiveness in passive jamming. Chaff rocket emitted from aerial carrier has bad effect on tracking-and-guiding radar of ship-to-air missile weapon system. Firstly, the chaff cloud scattering theory is analyzed. And then the stochastic integral maths model of chaff cloud power is advanced considered of different volume echo amplitude fluctuating, the range profile integral maths model is advanced for convenience analyzing. The result shows the maths model can be correctly used to calculate the chaff cloud echo power for estimating its scatter characteristics.
