Analysis on Deployment of Warship in Supporting Reef Air Defense

Reasonable deployment of warship to support reef air defense is important to protect the safety of reef. Firstly, The paper proposes the principle of ship forward deployment, and then establishes the model of single warship forward deployment, and calculates the factors such as cover angle, cover width and minimum intercept depth. The paper establishes the model of two warships forward deployment,by analyzing the distance and defense depth of two warships, the forward deployment position of two warships is determined, and verifies the feasibility of single warship forward deployment and two warships forward deployment by calculation examples. The calculation results provide reference and basis for commander to deploy air defense.
