In order to further improve the support capability of far-sea communication, this paper proposes to build an intelligent frequency selection auxiliary decision-making system for short-wave communication with intelligent decision-making as the core, combines the organizational structure of traditional short-wave communication with intelligent frequency selection method, studies and explores the overall design, main functions and workflow of the intelligent auxiliary decision-making system, and gives typical application scenarios for the subsequent realization of "sustainable" short-wave communication and "refinement" Provide technical support for communication frequency decision-making.
