Index System Construction of Information Support Capability Evaluation of Remote Sensing Satellite Task-oriented

As important part of space-based information support force, remote sensing satellites have been important information source for maritime military operations. The construction of a scientific index system is the basic premise of information support capability evaluation of remote sensing satellite. First the conception of remote sensing satellite information chain from target observation to information application terminal is proposed and constructed. Then, to measure information application effectiveness, the conception of effective time length task-oriented is presented and its calculation method is also given. Finally, based on hierarchical analysis results of influencing capability related information elements from the dimension of quality and quantity, capability evaluation index system task-oriented is preliminarily constructed. The index system uses effective time length as capability evaluation premise and core index, and casts light on the effectiveness of remote sensing satellite information support capability.
