Weapon System Requirement Determination for Concept of Operations based on Object-Process Methodology

In order to clarify and confirm the contractual and functional requirement of the weapon systems, this article proposed a requirement specifies method of weapon systems for the ConOps (Concept of Operations) based on OPM (Object-Process Methodology). The method established the ConOps of threat-oriented weapon system, and stepwise refine the system object and detailed configuration of the requirement by OPM. Then the article also implement V & V (verification and validation) to the OPM model by the simulation and execution progress. The method significantly ensures the correctness and consistency of requirement specifications. At last, the article will show a case of UAV-based anti-missile defense system to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.
