Validation Method of Operational Architecture Design Based on Information Process Simulation

The validation of operational architecture design takes an important role to assure and improve the quality of operational architecture design. A new validation method for operational architecture design based on information process simulation is proposed, with analyzing common methods in the shortage of dynamic validation and demand oriented validation requirements. The transfer processes and activity features are described by information flow. UPDM software and STK tool are used to model and simulate for completeness, consistency and effectiveness verification. It is shown that the method is flexible to dynamic simulation, and can better describe complex information relationship in operational architecture.
