Measure Framework of Information Superiority for Network Information System of Systems

Network Information System of Systems(NISoS) is the latest stage and the main starting point for our national military information construction. Information oriented is one of the main characteristics of NISoS and information war. Seizing the information superiority will capture the "commanding height" of the war. This paper studies the concept connotation, measure framework and method of information superiority for NISoS. It is of great significance to reveal the information oriented and superiority mechanism of NISoS, evaluate the information ability and level of NISoS, and guide the designing and construction of NISoS.
