航母编队体系作战试验设计与评估
Operational Test Design and Evaluation of Aircraft Carrier Formation System
为满足航母编队战斗力加快形成和体系作战试验模式根本转变的要求,立足海军试验领域改革实践,系统分析了航母编队的使命任务、编成方式以及开展体系作战试验的特点要求和地位作用,规划了体系作战试验的组织实施策略,从指标体系、典型想定、项目体系等角度论述了试验总体规划的内容,提出了基于核心保障能力的联合试验环境构建方法,明确了集成构设手段和关键技术框架,建立了综合评估方法体系,设计了评估实施的5类模式,为海军航母编队体系作战试验的顶层设计和创新研究提供技术支撑。
To meeting aircraft carrier force construction requirements and operational test generation mode, basis on equipment test reform practice, the mission, constitution of aircraft carrier and characteristic, effect of test were systematically analyzed. The implement strategy and planning of operational test was proposed, including indicator system, typical scenario and test item. On account of guarantee capability, the joint test environment construction methods were put forward, which refer to method and technical framework. And by means of comprehensive assessment method, five type assessment modes were designed. The research provides theoretical supports for aircraft carrier operational test top design and innovation research.
