    For supporting commanders attaining deep knowledge of space situation, the concept and connotation of space situational awareness production is defined. The framework and key technologies of the generation process of space situational awareness production is studied. The content framework of production is formed based on demand analysis of the commander's role. The organization of space situation data is carried out based on expression of situation elements. The understanding and prediction of space situation is formed based on situation reasoning. The space situational awareness production is generated containing static description, dynamic capability analysis, and confrontation assessment, which supports command and decision-making of space activities.

    During the take-off and departure of the carrier-borne UAV, the ship's platform will affect the ship's attitude, which will affect the take-off safety of the UAV. In this paper, the dynamic simulation model of the take-off and departure of shipborne UAV is established, and the prediction model of the ship's swing motion is established through the acquisition of the parameters of the ship's sway motion. Based on the take-off dynamics model and the ship swing prediction model, this paper puts forward the method of take-off auxiliary decision for the carrier UAV, so as to ensure the safety of the UAV.

    In view of the problem of setting up the patrol airspace of the AEW in the antiair warfare of the important reefs, the model of the anterior distance of AEW is constructed. According to the principles and requirements of the airspace setting of AEW patrol, the problem of setting AEW in antiair warfare on reefs is studied in depth on the basis of calculating the minimum anterior distance and the maximum possible anterior distance of AEW. This paper puts forward the principle and method of optimization selectiono for setting up the patrol airspace of AEW, which can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the choice of the patrol airspace of AEW in the antair warfare of the important reefs.

    This paper is based on air defense of aircraft carrier.The purpose is to analyze the setting method of the distance range of the early warning helicopter.By analyzing the air defense process, put forward the method of setting distance range. By emulating calculating, the relationship between the parameters of forward-distance for the early warning helicopter was described quantitatively. The result provides evidence for early warning in a aircraft carrier formation.

    In view of the flexibility and off-line requirements proposed by the information latency model in networked operational SoS (NOSoS) simulations, the functional relationship between information latency and packet latency, and the factor composition of packet latency are analyzed; on this basis, the packet latency distribution model is established, and its physical meaning and calculation method are studied, and the information latency's random generating model and expectation calculating model are deduced from that; then several specific problems in model applications are further discussed, the foundation of model and theory is laid for solving the problems of process simulation and effectiveness evaluation in NOSoS simulation researches.

    This paper puts forward a discerption steps modeling algorithm,which solves firstly the target's relative course before own submarine maneuver and secondly the target's distance and other parameters after own submarine maneuver, and analyzes a solvability and morbid condition, a solvable condition and method to overcome morbidity are obtained in theory. This algorithm,in which there is least square equations with less dimensions,requires own submarine to maneuver only once and is different from traditional twice maneuver method and solving algorithm.

    In actual combat, the Optimal laying interval of the floating-type corner reflector array can effectively increase the RCS (Radar Cross Section) and improve the probability of interference success. The purpose of this paper is to improve the anti-missile combat effectiveness of the floating reflector. The scattering center synthesis algorithm and CST (Computer Simulation Technology) electromagnetic simulation software are used to optimize the array deployment interval. The results show that the optimal laying interval is 15 m for an array of six floating-type corner reflectors with a vertical length of 0.5 m.

    Aiming at the problem of the division of maintenance and repair tasks between military and civilian integration equipment, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the task differentiation, this paper builds the cost-effectiveness model under different maintenance strategies by establishing the costs and availability models of contractors and units' Finally by comparing the unit time cost-effectiveness ratio to distinguish between military and civilian integration equipment maintenance and support tasks. The results show the method is scientific and effective and it can provide some reference for the task of military maintenance and civil integration equipment maintenance support.

    60GHz has been attracting significant attentions for ultra-broadband WLAN applications because 60GHz band is available for unlicensed use on a world-wide basis.However,60GHz WLAN has some disadvantages, such as significant shadowing loss caused by a moving human body and large free space loss.To develop anti-shadowing techniques near the 60GHz band,it is required to characterize features of shadowing loss caused by a moving human body and develop a calculation model for performance evaluation of countermeasures against the shadowing loss.This paper proposes a knife cutting model based on ray tracing method.which is suitable for solving the problem of shadow loss caused by a moving human body to 60GHz WLAN.calculation model for shadowing loss caused by a moving human body in 60GHz WLAN.Through the comparison between the calculated results and measured results,the proposed calculation model can be used for ray-tracing simulations when the angle between a LOS path and a direction of a moving human body is 30 deg and 60 deg.

    Covering effectiveness of electronic warfare formation for assault formation is studied in this paper. The definition and model of covering effectiveness of electronic warfare formation are put forward, and the assault formation interception success probabilistic model and calculation process with covering of electronic warfare formation are set up. A numerical example shows that the methods are effective and reasonable. The results can provide reference and support for designing ask organization and formation coordination, planning assault and covering route and ATO(air task order)scientifically.

    Point to the requirements of the large latitude range and long-period maritime navigation tests from the Bohai Sea to the South China Sea for the carrier-borne strap-down inertial navigation system, the experiment condition of the current domestic carrier-borne strap-down inertial navigation system is restrict by the factors such as experiment water and the tested carrier, the performance evaluation of the system cannot be fully tested. In the paper, the kinematic model of the warship and the error model of the inertial devices are established firstly, the gyro angular velocity and accelerometer specific force information can be generated by the inertial devices. The computer simulation method is performed to test the performance of the system under the boundary condition, the simulation result is used to evaluate the overall system performance, the effectiveness of the method is verified.

    Life cycle cost analysis is an effective means of weighing and analyzing equipment development and order planning, and assisting in management and maintenance decisions. The MAAP software used in Europe and the United States is driven by various events in the life cycle, which can be used to analyze the life cycle cost of the equipment, to ensure the optimization of resources, and to balance the design scheme of the system. Based on the concept and characteristics of the life cycle cost, the calculation principle of MAAP software was introduced, the specific process and steps of equipment life cycle cost were given by the MAAP software. The research can provide a reference for the optimization of equipment cost of investment and enhance the equipment efficiency.

    Aiming at the application of combat counterwork, the simulation technology of reconnaissance and surveillance system based on multi-agent is studied. Starting with the analysis of simulation requirements, the critical parts of agent modeling were obtained. The combinatorial module modeling method for agents was proposed, in which the main modeling elements and components were identified. A decision behavior model driven by tactical tables was then proposed. By limited state variables and situation events, and according to the sequence of activity execution in simulation, the autonomous behavior decision of agents were realized. It has been applied in a sea combat simulation system. The designed model is practical and efficient.

    Complex electromagnetic environment is the basic feature of modern warfare, and its impact on the effectiveness of weapon equipment system cannot be ignored in armament demonstration. On the background of the demand of armament demonstration for complex electromagnetism environment effect assessment, the feature of mission level simulation in US military equipment acquisition is analyzed. Around the core problem, such as “what simulation”, “model how to build” of complex electromagnetism environment in mission level simulation, model requirements and model architecture is studied, and based on the relationship among electromagnetism environment, role object and influential effect, the element of electromagnetism environment model and the composition and interaction of model architecture are suggested, which can support model analysis and design of mission level simulation system.

    Currently in our military, a large quantity of information-based armed force has been distributed into the troops. The information level of military training is gradually improving; the traditional philosophy, method, and ways of military training management are facing enormous challenges. This article brings forward a whole new set of military training management system for implementation of refined management in key links like planning, supervising, registration statistic, and KPI assessment, taking demand analysis and whole system design, and key function module design into consideration, in a way, realizing the whole process and element management of military training with information system as support, elevating the level of refinement of training management, and improving the quality and efficiency of military training.

    A simulation system which can simulate the use of weapon equipment with dynamic effect is constructed. The black box model, factor analysis model are plugged in this system. The weapon equipment schemes are evaluated with relative membership degree based on the information dominance, the loss rate of equipment, the damage effectiveness of weapon equipment. The simulation data is put in the RBF neural network to help the neural network learn and understand the simulation system. On this basis, the neural network can make quick prediction on the relative membership degree of the weapon equipment schemes. Good maneuverability and practicability are shown by the system, which is based on the battlefield simulation and RBF neural network. A good theoretical basis and realization means are provided for the weapons and equipment optimization and selection.

    There exists the phenomenon of information chimney in different armed services, and it can hardly realize the information sharing in command and control system. In this paper, a new method of battlefield target information retrieval and reasoning based on ontology is proposed. First, the target detection information databases of navy, army and air are converted to RDF files; second, a method of ontology mapping is used for RDF files alignment and realize the sharing of target information; then using SPARQL to query the shared target information; besides, deducing the relation between the target speed and the threat of air sea and land three heterogeneous database through the custom rule reasoning of Jena; finally, designing a target detection information query platform based on ontology to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.

    On the process of airplane mission system collectivity design, it leads to communication ambiguity, traceability and verification problem if system is developed by document. Aim at these problems, model-based system engineering(MBSE) development of Harmony method is proposed. IBM Rhapsody was used as system design tool, and system requirement model, functional analysis model and system design model were designed. The models of airplane reconnaissance system are given to validate the feasibility of model development method. It can be used in system collectivity design of complex system for reference.

    With the modern ship radiation noise spectrum significantly reduced, the intensity of the underwater acoustic signal received by the passive sonar is correspondingly reduced. In the case of distant sea, the actual received signal to noise ratio is very low. The conventional linear detection method can achieve good detection effect under the condition of high signal-to-noise ratio. However, when the signal-to-noise ratio is very low, the target signal is almost completely submerged by strong noise, and the detection effect is extremely poor, greatly reducing the detection probability. In this paper, the bistable Stochastic Resonance of the nonlinear processing method is used to detect the underwater acoustic signal. The experimental results show that the proposed method can detect the target signal with low SNR (-20 or even-30dB) Method, which can break the shackles of very low SNR, and has a good application prospect and research value.

    Importance degree analysis is the premise and basis of reliability analysis and maintenance decision for complex equipment. Aiming at the problem of subjectivity and data of fuzzy in air and missile defense equipment importance degree evaluation, a method of air and missile defense equipment importance degree evaluation based on vague sets and gray correlation theory was presented. Then, according to air and missile defense equipment operational use and maintenance characteristic, air and missile defense equipment importance degree evaluation index system and model were established. At last, in order to validate the model, an example of radar system was given. Result shows that the method can evaluate air and missile defense equipment importance degree objectively and accurately, and also can provide thinking for maintenance decision makers to analysis quantitatively.

    The improvement problem of admission function of the fire control system is investigated in the present paper. By using the VxWorks and the Windows Platform, not only the real-time and the reliability can be guaranteed, but also promote the efficiency of logging the key information in the data. The well engineering performance of the proposed method is illustrated by the real application in certain missile weapon system.

    In order to the development of the software for the needs of Beidou satellite navigation system timing, positioning, navigation (PNT) and short message service functions,this paper put forward a design idea of pure digital construction for Beidou satellite navigation system simulation environment. Through the establishment of a moderately simplified three-dimensional model of the Earth and the Beidou satellite movement model and signal coverage model, the Beidou satellite navigation system constellation operation effect was approximated. After verification, the Beidou satellite navigation system simulation environment proposed in this paper can provide effective help for the development of functions such as Beidou timing, positioning, navigation (PNT) and short message service.

    The construction of visualization database is an important aspect of flight simulator networking construction, which is related to the visualization simulation effect of flight simulator networking training. For a variety of flight simulator sharing the same network visualization database, coordinate system, data formats and requirements of the database must be the same, which is developed with mature generic technology. According to the design requirements of the networked visualization database, the implementation method was designed, and the surface detail texture, dynamic tree, runway snow cover were researched deeply.

    In order to improve real-time signal processing, passive bistatic radar based DTTB can employ batch-parallel processing algorithm to calculate the Range-Doppler diagram. The batch length is the most important parameter in batch-parallel processing algorithm, which is constrained by maximum-unambiguous-speed, range of radar surveillance, signal framing structure and other factors. The structure of block parallel processing algorithm is described in this paper, and the range of block length constrained by some constraints is given through theoretical analysis and real data experiments, which can be useful for the engineering practice.

    For the deviation between the missile actual flight trajectory and the theoretical trajectory, the main disturbance models about engine misalignment, wing and rudder installation errors, wind disturbance are established on the base of the six-degree ballistic equations. Simulation and comparison are studied. The results show that the ballistic yawing is mainly affected by engine thrust misalignment, rudder installation error, wind disturbance. the wing and rudder installation errors lead to obvious roll.

    For the long-term storage environment equipment, in order to solve the fitting problem of equipment life distribution under small sample conditions, the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment based on fitting preference method is proposed to determine the life distribution of equipment. Through the use of minimumχ2estimation and goodness fit of test on several commonly used life distributions, the optimal lifetime distribution model is screened as prior distribution and the posterior probability of each distribution is calculated by fuzzy Bayesian method to determine Equipped with the best life distribution function. Through the example analysis, the life distribution determined by this method can better reflect the variation rule of equipment reliability and has good engineering practice meaning.

    In order to improve the capability of joint operation planning and further to increase the efficiency of joint operational command of the PLA, the definition of joint operation planning was discussed, the importance to develop it was stated, and a historical review of the U.S. Armed Forces' joint operation planning was made on organizations, doctrines and toolkits. The development process of the U.S. Armed Forces' joint operation planning was divided into three main phases: initiation, maturity and reformation. Based on this, the feature, achievements, faults and key technologies of each phase was analyzed, the motivations of development was summarized. From the perspective of planning toolkits, system construction, working approach, specifications and assessments, five recommendations are made.
