    This paper starts from the current demand of large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control and builds the large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control system. Main functions, key tasks, core requirements of the large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control were researched. The large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control system, which is consist of the planning system, the monitoring system, the decision evaluation system and the database system, was built and its main functions were analyzed. The organizational planning link, the battlefield control link and the evaluation feedback link of the large fleet electromagnetic radiation control's running process was researched. The research results of the paper have important theoretical research value in promoting the construction of the large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control system.

    Overtime self-destruction function is an effective means to avoid mistakenly attacking non enemy ships by anti-ship missile, and its decision accuracy has a great impact on operational revenue. In view of its decision-making problem, starting from the tactical discussion,the necessity of decision is analyzed and the research focus is established. According to the performance of anti-ship missile,a terminal forbidden zone model for judging the safety of non enemy ships is established.Based on the relative position,radar seach and flight dispersion parameters,the discriminant formula of non enemy ships safety is obtained and a simulation example is given.This study has high practical value to improve operational command efficiency.

    Aiming at the poor performance of MUSIC algorithm with low SNR,a novel DOA estimation algorithm based on weighted signal subspace and noise subspace projection is proposed.This method made use of signal subspace's noise resistance to constructed a Space spectrum based on weighted signal subspace.Then utilized the advantages of high resolution MUSIC algorithm to reconstructed a novel Space spectrum.Considering this algorithm improved the robustness of the traditional MUSIC algorithm but don't improved resolution, we proposed a weighted signal subspace projection method,So we can had a new Space spectrum based on weighted signal subspace and noise subspace projection.This algorithm keeps the noise subspace projection of MUSIC algorithm, and using the noise of the signal subspace.So the method we proposed had a higher resolution and robustness than MUSIC algorithm.

    The current methods of interoperability assessment for C4ISR systems are usually done through modeling and simulation experiments. However, due to the lack of description of variables such as performance indicators, hostile threat indicators and environmental impact indicators, the existing methods can not accurately evaluate the system in a rapidly changing environment. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a modeling method that can reflect the features of C4ISR system in an antagonistic environment based on SysML and realizes the evaluation of the operation process interoperability of the system. Through the analysis of specific cases, it shows that this method can preferably describe and evaluate the C4ISR system in the antagonistic environment, and provide decision-making basis for system construction, organization, application and improvement.

    In the paper, the architecture of organization and employment capability model of communication network is designed in detail, according to the demand organization and employment capability of communication network proposed by commander in combined operations during command countermeasures simulated training. This model is constructed on the basis of improved Power Index Method, based on the qualitative analysis method. In the last, the rationality of the model is verified though analysis of examples.

    This paper analyzes the scattering regularity of the shooting space, the bomb and the damage space,and uses the mathematical method to accurately predict the damage degree of the artillery on the cluster target. Firstly, the damage degree is divided into three levels: destroy target, damage target and tired target. Then, set up the scattered coordinate system of bomb, analyze the scattering regularity of the shooting space and the damage space. Finally, by calculating the probability of the artillery coverage the target and the conditional probability of damage targets, we established the prediction model of target damage degree.The example analysis shows that the model can predict the degree of damage to the cluster target,and provide an effective auxiliary means for the commander to set up combat determination.

    This paper proposes the installation of Beidou system in passive omnidirectional sonobuoys to improve the positioning accuracy of sonobuoys, and then improve the conception of potential positioning precision. Based on the LOFIX positioning principle, a mathematical model of the passive omnidirectional sonobuoy LOFIX for the latent positioning was established and implemented with Matlab simulation software. In different signal strength ratios, different sonobuoy spacings, and different sonobuoy arrays, the Beidou positioning method is compared with the current commonly used sonobuoy positioning method which is the azimuth measurement method to compare the latent positioning errors. The comparison simulation results show that the passive sonobuoy after the installation of the Beidou positioning module is far less accurate than the azimuth measurement method under different conditions. It also has obvious advantages in reducing the probability of false alarms, improving the effective positioning ratio, maintaining the stability of positioning, and improving the ability to search for potential in linear sonobuoy arrays. There are obvious advantages in array search potential and other aspects. This conclusion will provide theoretical reference for installing Beidou positioning system in passive omnidirectional sonobuoys in the future.

    For the ship maneuvering performance is poor, and the problem of the drift of the gyro diverges with time, filtering precision of the INS transfer alignment reduction caused by random disturbance such as elastic deformation. An adaptive incremental Kalman filtering algorithm based on the "velocity+position+attitude" matching method is proposed.. In this algorithm, the state space model of transfer alignment is established, designing classified adaptive factors, structuring adaptive incremental Kalman filter. Computer simulation results show that this algorithm can improve the used-ratio of SINS information, realize rapid alignment only under the ship swaying state, realize real-time estimation of time variable noise, alignment precision is high and the prospect of engineering application is broad.

    For radar systems capable of getting frequency and azimuth measurement, the Doppler frequency change rate contains the distance information of the target. By combining the measurement of Doppler frequency change rate with azimuth measurement, the tracking accuracy of target can be improved under certain conditions. This paper analyzes the objective observability problem in different circumstances, a maneuvering target tracking algorithm based on interactive multiple model and Unscented Kalman filter is proposed, and the simulation results show that the algorithm can realize tracking of maneuvering targets by combining the measurement of Doppler frequency change rate with azimuth measurement.

    Due to the weak observability of the single station passive radar, the optimization of its track can improve the observability of the system. This paper presents an optimal path algorithm under unconstrained conditions to minimize the trace of the lower boundary of Crow Melo, the precision geometric dispersion, as the performance index of the route optimization. In view of the actual environment, it also studies the duration of only 180 degrees of turning conditions. The optimal path planning algorithm under both the known and unknown environments, gives the optimal route planning, and gives the tracking error under different scenarios.

    A method based on probability and statistics is used to evaluate the operational effectiveness model of naval vessel damage control command action, and an objective evaluation method of command behavior is proposed. Focusing on the problem of index scalar selection, a command action effectiveness evaluation criterion is constructed according to the basic requirements of ship damage control, and the basic strategies of transformation statistics of index elements are analyzed, and the computation model based on distribution law is given. According to the essential characteristics of efficiency evaluation and the basic principles of quantitative analysis of event tree, a variable weight evaluation model based on probability importance degree of event tree is proposed to evaluate weights. By using the variable weight model and constant weight model, the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of normal and uniform transformation results of case samples is carried out respectively, and the evaluation results reflect the essential rule of object development. Taking the evaluation of command behavior and global impact as the goal, quantify the effect of command action reasonably with the evaluation strategy of "prominent advantage" and "punishment defect".

    Indexes quantificaion is the foundation of military training effect evaluation, and the accurate degree of indexes quantification affects directly evaluation conclusion. To deal with the problems of lacking objectives and veracity for qualitative indexes quantification, this paper combines estimate description grades of training efficiency, and applies the expert reliability evaluation techniques, and proposes a qualitative quelitative indexes quantification method based on expert reliability and section values concentration. It can provide reliable technique theory support for military training evaluation work, and possesses nice spread and application values.

    The multi-variable fractional order grey forecasting models is proposed based on the consumption of photoelectric equipment maintenance material. The fractional order extends the gray model from the integer field to the real field, weakens the randomness of the original data sequence, and enhances the prediction precision. Previous studies on grey models mainly focus on single-variable time series, but the actual situation of maintenance material is often the result of multivariate synthesis. Therefore, the multiple regressions equation of multiple variables and material consumption is established, and the combination of fractional order grey prediction and multiple regressions will give full play to the advantages of both. Finally, an example is given to show that the method improves the prediction accuracy.

    Aiming at the inaccuracy and imperfection of evaluation in the command information system, we propose a method of command information system evaluation based on OLS-RBF neural network. The RBF neural network has many advantages, such as simple structure, fast convergence speed and high approximation accuracy. At the same time, The RBF neural network can weaken the influence of human factors on the evaluation process, so its structure is more reasonable and its evaluation result is more accurate. The simulation results show that compared with other methods, the error of the command information system model based on RBF neural network is smaller and its predictive value is closer to the true value. In addition, RBF neural network can also be widely used in other model of prediction, can also receive better results.

    According to the profound changes in modern air combat mode and air combat environment, combined with the technical and tactical performance of the existing UCAV, considering the influence of adding combat environment impact indicator, constructs the evaluation index system and the quantitative model of each index, and using X-47B,F-16 and F-18 of three typical aircraft as an example, an example of calculation analysis. The evaluation results can reflect the advantages and disadvantages of UCAV in all aspects of performance, verify the feasibility of the evaluation method, and put forward some suggestions for the development and use of UCAV.

    In view of the complex battlefield environment faced by the AWACS in the long sea, there are many uncertainties in the survivability and confrontation ability, and the evaluation of the comprehensive efficiency of its navigation system is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Based on the analysis of the operational characteristics of AWACS, this paper established the evaluation index system of the effectiveness of the navigation system of AWACS, and established the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation model of the navigation system of AWACS by using Bayesian network. Through the example analysis, the evaluation steps and methods are explained in detail, and the feasibility of the model is verified.

    Equipment always has the character of multi-phase when operating a combat mission. The causes for multi-phase mission and modeling elements are analyzed. Then, the multi-phase mission model is elaborately designed using XML. The simulation process for evaluating multi-phase mission success is researched based on phase mission success simulation flow. Through an example, the validity of simulation method is demonstrated by comparing its evaluation results with Markov method. This research can be used for scientifically making equipment usage plans.

    Based on the plateau environment, the landing process of the aircraft Plateau Airport is analyzed in detail, and the landing process is divided into three stages, namely, approach, leveling and sliding. In order to meet the requirement of the model accuracy, the function relationship between the flight velocity and comprehensive coefficient of friction of aircraft landing slip stop segment model is further improved, through the simulation, the average relative error of the three roll stage running distance of the measured data and simulation results from down, show that the improved model can meet the requirements of the accuracy of the model. Plateau Airport Landing Distance Based on the model proposed in this paper for further analysis, the altitude, the aircraft landing quality and wind speed and other factors to influence the landing distance, the simulation found that the airport altitude of aircraft landing distance the influence of non-linear relationship, and the quality and speed of aircraft landing of aircraft landing taxiing impact there is a linear relationship between the distance. In this paper, the aircraft landing model is applicable to the Plateau Airport, the model has high precision, and has certain reference value.

    Improving the flight speed of the towed-target drone,is significant to increase the authenticity and validity of the targets.The present paper investigated the working conditions when the drone accelerated,analyzed the operating principle of height keeping control system,established the system dynamics model and simulated the calculation of ultra-low altitude flight, investigated the boundary conditions of flight control system of low level sea-skimming.The research results are directly applied to the development of new towed-target drone and has a good effect.

    Aiming at the new requirements of modern warfare on military logistics under IT conditions, through analyzing the new-system military logistics system, this paper designs Multi-Agent military logistics simulation system model based on HLA with Agent technology within the frame of HLA/RTI. Firstly carries on analysis and abstracts of the individual Agent about the military logistics system, takes the military logistics simulation system as the federation, then designs the non-Agent and Agent federates; emphasizes the SUST BDE Agent and warehouse Agent, gives detailed analysis and sets up the model. Through the analysis of military logistics system and the function and coordination between federates, this paper designs a Multi-Agent simulation model based on HLA, it can provides practical reference for the research on the new-system military logistics system.

    To solve the problem of data sharing and process cooperation in the design of integrated electronic information systems, the cooperative design flow and organization model of integrated electronic information systems are analyzed in this paper. Then the architecture of cooperative design platform is designed, and the evaluating model of efficiency in cooperative design is built. Moreover, analysis and simulation experiment of real system design case validate that the design efficiency is improved than ever before with the support of cooperative design platform.

    Aiming at the problem of maneuvering targets in the terminal guidance section of the air defense missile, a sliding mode variable structure guidance law with good performance is designed on the basis of zeroing the line of sight rate. This guidance law has higher guidance accuracy for attacking maneuvering target, and the line of sight angle rate is small in the whole attack process, the buffeting problem is solved effectively, and missile normal overload is reasonably distributed as well. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of this guidance law.

    It's hard for the naval gun system to assess the judgement for aerial target hitting and the destruction of the aerial target in the real experimental conditions. In this paper we put forward a method to solve this problem, set up the simulated battlefield environment and the simulated aerial aim route based on Hardware-in-the-Loop. Drive the system to capture the target、calculate firing data and simulate shooting. And we calculate the ballistics of the pill and the location of the theoretical route to study the judgement for target hitting and the assessment of target destruction. This method can be applied to self-checking of the shooting effect of the naval gun system and assessment of target destruction.

    The dynamic range of the light signal intensity received by the underwater laser warning device mounted on the underwater military platforms is large, such as mines and submarines, which may lead to saturation or lack of photoelectric detection devices.     The method of solution of geodetic problem is used to realize the large caliber naval gun firing against shore targets. Projectile data is tracked by ship borne tracking radar to predict the impact point and firing correction is carried out in fire control computation, which improve firing effectiveness against shore of the weapon system. Combining with the test of live firing test against shore targets, influence on firing accuracy caused by the factors such as unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV) image matching, target location based on longitude and latitude, projectile motion measurement and computation, trajectory meteorology and initial velocity is analyzed. It provides technical support for combat application of trajectory tracking, prediction and correction of the Naval gun firing against shore targets.

    Multi-platform Data Fusion Precision Test is usually carried out in a dynamic way,with many forces,difficult organization and low efficiency.In order to solve this problem, the method of Data Fusion Precision Test with Historical Data is presented.On the basis of analyzing the basic principle and information process of the method,a simulation test environment is constructed and the specific testing process is disscussed.The results show that the method is convenient and flexible,and the situation is realistic.It can save forces and improve efficiency.

    Condition maintenance decision making method based on failure risk is proposed on the basis of combat readiness requirement and function structure of air and missile defense equipment. The feasibility of condition based maintenance for air and missile defense equipment is analyzed, and the item of condition based maintenance logic decision making is analyzed. Then, the optimal monitoring interval and times are determined based on equal failure risk principle and minimal maintenance cost. The example is given which shows the method can ensure the combat readiness and improve economy of equipment, and also be used for reference to condition maintenance decision making theory of air and missile defense equipment.

    To solve the problem of the traditional power electronics testing, that the static load can not completely simulate actual load, and the current electronic load slow response, high accuracy, stability testing capabilities imperfect and less problems, a novel DC electronic load design. System through the use of high-precision electronic devices and circuit board layout and reasonable methods are proposed to improve the accuracy of the output current design methods to achieve a high precision, fast conversion speed and with overvoltage protection and automatic measurement functions of DC electronic loads. At the same time the system uses a digital processor for real-time control of the current sampling to improve the response rate, to achieve a higher precision, and better dynamic performance and static characteristics, can be a linear power supply, switching power supplies, transformers and other electronic equipment for a variety of test.

    The whole domain static RCS of new type Icosahedrons Triangular Trihedral Corner Reflectors was simulated based on CST software by using Shooting and bouncing ray(SBR)method in 10GHz of two polarization. Statistical modeling of static RCS by Lognormal distribution, Weibull distribution and Burr distribution was investigated, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results show Burr distribution has preferably effect. The results of this paper can provide an important simulation basis and theoretical support for the performance evaluation of the ITTCR.
