    As the characteristics of warfare becoming even more multi-domain and full-dimension, a unified model framework is needed to ensure effective communication between teams and the consistency and interoperability among models. This paper proposes an OPM based on military operation model framework. Focusing on the process of military operation, the framework formalizes the elements of military operation, such as entities, environment, information and process, from a higher level of abstraction, providing a general template for the modeling of specific operating concepts. The framework includes three parts: top level conceptual model framework, operational entity model framework and operational process model framework. In addition, based on the framework, this paper models the mosaic warfare concept, and initially proves that the framework is suitable for the modeling of frontier operating concepts.

    According to the basic composition of combat system, the mapping relationship between composition of combat system and combat capability aiming at difficulties of the construction of navy unmanned combat army is built. On the basis of that, the combat capability composition analysis method of navy unmanned combat army is put forward. The combat capability system of navy unmanned combat army is constructed. The combat capability composition of navy unmanned combat army is systematically studied based on the proposed method from the hierarchy level, system level and equipment level. The research can effectively lead the construction of navy unmanned combat army, and provide theoretical basis for the top-level design and plan of navy unmanned combat system.

    To improve the capability of selecting important targets in maritime formation during the anti-ship assault, based on the systematic analysis of battlefield situation and target attributes, the sea fleet target evaluation system is constructed, and the index weight is obtained by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, an improved objective optimization model of improved PCA is established and verified by simulation with SPSS software. The analysis results show that this method is simple and effective, and can be used as a decision reference for commanders to quickly identify the relative importance of sea fleet target and make the optimal strike choice.

    To transform the discrete symbol-based joint operations situation entity knowledge into the form machine easier to learn, process and use, a new wargame joint operations situation knowledge representation learning method based on graph embedding is proposed. The meat-path-based multi-layer heterogeneous graph embedding method is employed to learn the knowledge representation of wargame joint operations situation entities and their relationships in a given scenario as the continuous dense real-valued vectors, which reveals the global potential relationship between the entities of joint operations situation effectively and lays a good foundation for the acquisition, fusion and reasoning of large-scale joint operations situation knowledge. The experimental results show that, the wargame joint operations situation knowledge representation learning method based on graph embedding has strong pertinence, and the evaluation index has been greatly improved. Our work highlights the representation learning method for complex wargame joint operations situation knowledge.

    The choice of the attack combat plan of the synthetic forces is directly related to the success or failure of the operations. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the selection of operational plan, this paper constructs a mathematical model for the optimization of offensive combat plan of synthetic forces based on TOPSIS method, and verifies the model, which proves the practicability of the model, and provides a reference basis for the commander’s optimal decision-making of operational plan.

    The problem of dynamic weapon target assignment is the key problem that needs to be solved urgently in joint fire strike. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantitatively describe the supporting role of target capability loss on mission accomplishment, the theory of stochastic time influence network is introduced to reasonably depict the complex causal relationship between the strike target and the combat mission, so as to realize the non-analytical expression of mission achievement effect. Then, considering the principles of maximizing mission achievement probability, maximizing residual combat effectiveness and minimizing action time, the constraints of dynamic weapon target assignment problem are analyzed comprehensively from the perspectives of subjective and objective, time and space, enemy and ourselves, the mathematical model of dynamic weapon target assignment problem of joint fire strike is established. Finally, combined with the case of long-range precision strikes against the sea, the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by simulation comparison experiments.

    In order to solve the problem that the index weight is completely unknown in the decision-making process of shipboard and aircraft multi-equipment combined searching scheme, a game analysis algorithm model based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.Firstly, the decision matrix of multiple schemes is determined and the index order of each index is obtained according to the decision matrix.Then, a single index in the shipboard and aircraft multi-equipment combination scheme is taken as the player in the game, the player’s income is taken as the fitness function and the balanced strategy profile is obtained through particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the priority of the scheme is obtained through the aggregation of the balanced strategy profile and the decision matrix.Finally, the consistency between the order of the decision scheme and the order of the index is calculated, which is called the return of the player in the game, and the index order with the highest return is obtained as the priority of the search scheme of the combination of ships and aircraft and multiple equipment.

    This paper mainly expounds the basic concept of anti-ship missile co-operation, the calculation method of typical target capture and error, and on this basis, starting from the relationship between the two-bomb flight angle and the model missile radar search fan angle, focusing on the study of the probability of the two types of missile co-operation to the typical target capture under the condition of direction coordination,thus confirming the advantages of the typical target of the missile cooperative strike, it provides theoretical support for the coordinated operation of anti-ship missiles.

    With the application of a large number of battlefield observation sensors, the battlefield target data input to the command and control system is increasing rapidly. The large scale, high dimension and complex structure of the target information data bring new challenges to the target clustering technology. However, the traditional clustering method cannot effectively cluster the high-dimensional battlefield target data. Aiming at the difficulties of current target clustering technology, this paper proposes an intelligent target clustering technology based on deep learning, constructs a target clustering model based on Deep Stack Auto-encoder Network, respectively embeds K-means and GMM into the target clustering model, and proposes two intelligent target clustering algorithms based on deep learning, namely DAE-k and DAE-G. By designing the verification experiment of intelligent target clustering technology, establishing the evaluation index of target clustering effect, the effectiveness and applicability of the two target clustering algorithms are verified, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two target clustering algorithms in processing different data types are obtained. The research of intelligent target clustering technology based on deep learning can make the command and control system process large-scale high-dimensional data more efficient and intelligent, and also provide technical support for the intelligent construction of command and control system.

    The operating distance of infrared detection system is determined by the detector’s characteristics, target and background radiation, target pixel dispersion size and other factors. The traditional infrared operating distance equation does not consider the influence of point target under the effect of pixel dispersion, so the calculated detection distance is often more remote than the actual target, which seriously affects the commander’s decision-making. In this paper, the main factors influencing the formation of dispersion of point target on the detector target surface are analyzed, and the image pixel number of point target dispersion are calculated quantitatively, an improved operating distance equation considering the pixel dispersion size of the point target is derived. In the simulation example, it is analyzed that the operating distance of two kinds of infrared detectors, the corresponding relationship between the pixel number formed on the target surface and the detection distance is analyzed with or without considering the pixel dispersion. The validity of the model is verified by comparing with the measured data of target detection.

    Aiming at the problem of multiplicative coherent speckle noise suppression in SAR images, a SAR image denoising algorithm based on Fast Non-local Mean Filtering (FNLM) is proposed. This method firstly transforms the multiplicative coherent speckle noise model. Then, the integrated image is used to calculate the Euclidean distance to reduce the time complexity. Finally, the Turkey weight function and the Gaussian weight function are combined into an adaptive segmented weight function for weight distribution. Experimental results show that the improved FNLM can effectively suppress coherent speckle noise while ensuring low time complexity.

    This paper analyzes the characteristics of MAS (multi-agent system) and the necessity and feasibility of building a MAS based on light self-propelled gun system. The overall architecture of MAS based on light self-propelled gun system is envisaged, and the application process and information interaction relationship of the system are proposed. It provides a theoretical reference for the development and application of unmanned and intelligent artillery weapons.

    As a basic combat unit, the synthetic brigade has an important impact on the improvement of combat effectiveness by building its equipment support forces. The equipment support force involves multiple factors, and is characterized by complexity, dynamics, and uncertainty. To this end, a causal relationship analysis is conducted from the elements of the equipment support organization, human resources, support facilities and equipment, policy and institutional forces to establish the system dynamics simulation model, Vensim simulation was used to calculate the influence of each element of equipment support force on the construction of support force, and some valuable conclusions were obtained, which provided a reference for the construction of equipment support force of the synthetic brigade.

    In this paper, the dynamic deduction and quantitative evaluation of the game model of joint fire strike and confrontation under asymmetric situation are carried out. Breaking through the traditional victory and defeat evaluation framework, this paper designs multiple measurement standards that can reflect the advantages and disadvantages of mission planning under asymmetric situation. It sorts out the asymmetric evaluation indexes that can measure the evaluation results of mission planning from the network system value, ammunition utilization rate and target damage degree respectively, so as to realize the evaluation of mission planning effect under asymmetric situation. Through making the original system and simulation experiment, the pertinence and effectiveness of the effect evaluation are verified, and the optimal battlefield strategy that both sides should adopt under asymmetric situation is quantitatively analyzed, which provides reference suggestions for the selection of joint fire strike tactics under asymmetric situation.

    Maritime search and rescue is a systematic project, but one of its core problems is to determine the location, shape and size of the search and rescue area according to the initial position and the shape and size of the search and rescue target distribution area, and then select an optimized search pattern to improve search efficiency.This paper mainly studies the type of search and rescue of maritime flight accidents, personnel falling into the water, and using air search and rescue forces for maritime search and rescue.Firstly, according to the type of aircraft mission and the state of the crash, the formation conditions and characteristics of the search target distribution area are analyzed, and the probability distribution model of the search area is established.Then the working principle and characteristics of the commonly used four search styles are studied. Four search styles of fan shape, extended square, parallel line and transverse line are comprehensively analyzed. The performance evaluation model is established and the simulation calculation is carried out. The applicability conclusion of the type of distribution provides a reference for the command and decision of the maritime search and rescue operation.

    Joint operational staff is an important part of the new type of military personnel, whose quality directly affects the effectiveness of the joint operational command structure and is crucial to the outcome of the battle. In view of the current joint operations staff do not have a unified quality and ability in the process of training and selecting evaluation index, evaluation model of subjective factors, quantitative evaluation, less in establishing joint operations staff quality and ability, on the basis of evaluation index, using the theory of rough set (RS) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate each index comprehensive weights, using close-value method to joint operations staff quality and ability. This method provides a quantitative reference basis for the selection of excellent joint staff.

    To compare with probability of success of three different method, the antisubmarine searching of the warship in medium-range defenses area of the antisubmarine system of aircraft carrier is simulated. At first the three different leapfrog searching methods are presented and the simulation models are built. And then the discovering submarine probability of different searching method is simulated by Monte Carlo method. The influence of the parameters such as searching velocity, searching time are analyzed which can be used for warship commander to make correct decision.

    Taking the numerical simulation results of ocean-internal-waves fluidity and density field as the external driving data on the submerged body, a simulation analysis method based on data driving for the influence of internal wave on the submerged body is proposed. The motion response of a submerged body passing through the simulated internal wave zone is calculated by using the six degree of freedom motion equation. According to the quantitative analysis results of the motion response and the characteristics of nonlinear internal waves, the preliminary suggestions for the safety and control of the underwater navigation of the submerged body are put forward. This research has an important application value for the safety of underwater navigation.

    Considering the problem of lack of quantitative analysis on the distributed lethality, based on analyzing the key factors which influence the distributed air defense operation capability, the interception capability of single ship is calculated by operational research method. The Naval Fleet’s interception efficiency which used the distributed operation or not is contrast verificated by simulation analysis. Simulation results show that the distributed air defense can promote the operation capability significantly compared with traditional air defense.

    In order to effectively evaluate the rationality of reconnaissance route planning for small UAV in complex terrain area, STK (System tool kit) software is proposed to evaluate the reconnaissance effect of UAV (taking RQ-7B "Shadow" UAV as an example). Firstly, theoretical analysis of the target area to achieve full area coverage and link unblocked conditions is carried out. Secondly, STK software is used to calculate and analyze the coverage characteristics of UAV sensors to the target area and the communication effect between UAV and ground control station. The simulation results show that STK can analyze and evaluate the effect of route planning from multiple angles, the calculation results are accurate, the display effect is intuitive, the operation is simple and fast, it can be used to evaluate and analyze the rationality of UAV route planning scheme under complex terrain conditions, and provide reliable and effective data support for UAV route planning optimization.

    To resolve the difficulty of sampling real-time data when debugging algorithm on digital signal processing device, a board based on FPGA which can transform data from PCIe has been deviced. The ARM in FPGA sends data to the PL of the chip through DMA. The PL sends data to digital signal processing device through fiber after ping-pang operation in the PL. The digital signal processing device exchanges data through fiber with the developed board. The digital signal processing device can use the data receiving from the board developing the processing algorithm. The device shows that the designed board can meet the simulation device when developing the digital signal processing algorithm and can improve the developing efficiency.

    Cooperative combat of soft and hard weapons is the main means of amphibious assault ship to air self-defense, but must avoid firepower conflict. Based on the situation analysis of cooperative combat, the firepower conflict model is established. Then the simulation method is adopted to detect the presence of firepower conflict between soft weapons and hard weapons, the strategy of conflict resolution is given. The simulation results show the model and method are correct.

    Vehicles, warships and buildings in naval key areas are susceptible to direct attack from fast and small enemy targets (such as hovercraft, high-speed hydrofoils, motor boats, etc.) during combat. Blocking fire is one of the missions of key areas defense naval gun weapon system. In this paper, the method of block firing for the fast small target of the medium and large caliber naval gun weapon system is taken as the research object, and the method of block firing is mainly analyzed, by increasing the correction of the firing to the surface target, the calculation model of the block firing to the surface is obtained, and the calculation steps are summed up. Finally, a large caliber naval gun is taken as an example to verify the applicability of the method.

    According to the problem of initial alignment of the inertial navigation system for stationary base of fight airplane, a new method for the initial alignment of airborne inertial navigation system is presented. Without changing the navigation system and airplane body, a set of measurement system is designed for airborne inertial system course angle based on optical assistant calibration, and it is verified in the lab that it can realize the fast initial alignment of airplane course angle, reduce the alignment time and improve alignment accuracy. It is significant to improve the taking-off capability of flight airplanes. At the same time, this system has small volume, simple architecture, and is easy to use and carry, so it can be spread to use in the task of plane support for initial alignment, and the military and economic effects are large.

    Based on the joint publication and navy, army and air operation publications released by U.S., this paper unscrambles, analyses and summarizes the current situation of U.S. special operation, including combat mission, forces building and organizing, command and control, combat support. The development characteristics are addressed afterward. Combined with current situation, several suggestions concerning about special operation mission, force building, command and control and combat support are made. This paper can be used for reference by researchers in related fields.
